Standard CK Series Clutch Kit

Almost identical to original equipment clutch plates, the CK series are a cork based product impregnated with aluminium particles to increase wear life and heat resistance. The material is highly compressed to avoid swell and clutch drag and is an ideal general purpose replacement material for all grades and sizes of motorcycle. Kit includes a complete engine set of friction plates only.

Every EBC Brakes CK kit is matched and measured to give the perfect stack height. You should not try to fit individual plates.

CKF Series Carbon Fibre Lined MX/ATV Race Clutch Kit

These carbon fibre impregnated clutches for MX and ATV use are built tough to last longer, grip better, feel better and driver better than stock cork based kits. The high heat ability of these CKF carbon fibre clutch plates handles much higher stresses and temperatures encountered in racing, yet feel gentle and smooth in every day racing.

DRC Series MX/ATV Race Clutch Kit

The perfect choice to completely re-set your off road ATV or MX bike to new clutch status. Includes all necessary parts; OEM style cork lined friction plates, steel driven plates for better life and new heavy duty clutch spring set.

DRCF Series Carbon Fibre Lined MX/ATV Race Clutch Kit

Tough off road clutch kits designed for race use and featuring carbon fibre lined clutch plates plus a full set of steel plates and heavy duty springs. Ideal kits for the higher torque generated in modern four stroke engines but equally useful as a clutch upgrade in two stroke motorcycles.

SRC Series Street Racer Clutch Kit

Aramid paper lined clutch plate set complete with heavy duty springs (either coil or heavy duty diaphragm springs where required). This kit is ideal for heavy sport bikes, faster riders and production based race use. Advantages of using this kit are longer life and higher heat resistance. This clutch has a more aggressive/faster take up than the CK series.

SRK Series Sportbike Clutch Kit

The SRK kits include a full engine set of aramid fibre lined friction plates with heavy duty springs (either coil or heavy duty diaphragm springs where required) plus a full engine set of steel separator plates. For high performance street and road race use.

CSK Coil and Diaphragm Clutch Spring Kits

CSK kits include a full engine set of either coil or heavy duty diaphragm springs where required. Both coil and diaphragm spring sets are heat treated and tempered and give 10-15% more clamp pressure than stock springs.

Coil springs are spiral wound springs with 4-8 pieces per set and come in various shapes and sizes delivering differing spring tensions depending on the size of the bike and horsepower of the engine. Springs should be replaced at every engine rebuild or clutch overhaul.

Diaphragm springs are dish shaped flat steel pressure rings with 1-2 pieces per set.
